Possible to x-form vampires to bat form in adventure mode?

This may be a foolish question, but is there a way to x-form vampires to bat form on the adventure map? While it may not seem like a big deal, the extra point of initiative on the first turn could be handy. Since enemy vampires often start in bat mode, I was guessing this may be possible.

Yes - you can have them, I have found them twice already - both times in demonis... ancient vampires in form of BATs
No - you can't transform normal vampires into vampire bats in adventure mode, only and only in combat..(unless a MOD is created for this, which is not right now)

You cannot transform them. You can however, buy them that way (they are a separate unit.)
