Character icons
Where are the character icons located. If i find them, i can possibly mod them into hero icon and records in the game, or maybe i make a tutorial

It's hidden in some .knf file in data folder. Don't remeber it's exact name but it isn't hard to find, it's the only one with tons of graphic files inside. You can unpack .knf files with simple WinRar, nothing fancy here.

I'm not new to modding (homm5) and it is very like the kings bounty data system. Do you mean textures?
