Patch 1.6b7 & 1.64 for US/UK copy

What's the difference between 1.6b7 and 1.64? Are both of these exactly same?
If 1.64 is newer and much improved, is their any way to get 1.64 US/UK Patch?
I couldn't find it at http://www.kings-bounty.com/eng/. There was only Russian version at http://www.kingsbounty.ru/...
