Help for Annore and Hneya

OK, I finished all the elven quests but I just cannot find this guy again to get my reward for defeating Sheraga. Can anyone point me to his location? I just walked around every corner in the three elven forest areas but I could not find him.

Go to where he was originaly u will find his grave ( now there are 2 u only get exp.)
