Engine Management file in Training folder - ??

I have recently updated to 4.11/4.12, and happened to look in the Training folder in the directory. I saw a file labeled 'Engine Management', yet this title is not present if you go to the Training button and scroll through the selections. Am I missing something? I have also installed the HSFX 7.0 mod, and have also installed UP 3.0 over a separate 4.10.1 Il-2 install, and the Training folder also included this 'Engine Management' file, but not a corresponding video in the Training scroll drop down.

I would appreciate links to good training sources for Engine management instruction. I mostly fly 190's so have only used limited EM for select aircraft to date, and would like to go forward now that I have more time to devote to the game.

The ntrk file for it doesn't exist, or so it seems since I and a few others have asked about the very same training video. I asked about acquiring it in 2010 and later on I found out that vtreult had asked for it as far back as 2006.
