4.09 fps

I hosted a server on Hyperlobby. When I fly over any village, the fps drops to 5. Is this fixable? Am I missing something?

You may want to post your connection, firewall, videocard, ram and cpu/motherboard specs (along with the conf.ini file from the Il-2 directory)
