Today/yesterday for me first time in awhile, like what I see as far as stability goes!

I'm away on holiday atm so I haven't played for just over a month, but I generally start CLOD up a few times a week at least, generally a bit of campaign flying during the week, and then I jump online on the weekends for a few hours.

Still enjoyin it very much.

How was the comparison?

I've spent more time on CloD recently due to the excellent Desastersoft releases. They've given the sim a new lease of life for off-line players IMO.

Ther's still plenty to be fixed but It doesn't ruin the experience. I hope the modders will have some success with getting the niggles sorted.

it has its advantages and shortcomings.

ASsuming COD performance was on apir with ROF, trees were colideble etc, COD map is better looking, tough ROF seems to have a more pleasent colour pallete. ROF map looks 1000x better from altitude, tough more deserted (less trees and less buildings), cities do look more dead.

i wish it was possivle to port 109s and spitfires and have a go o nthat channel map and that performance. not realistic and probably never going to happen, but it would be a more enjoyable experience.

Only on rare occasion these days.

I'm not rushing to uninstall it, but I'm not kidding myself either. It will slowly just fade away.
