weird gamespy account problem

I am able to login multiplayer with my gamespy account, but it doesn't work when I try to login gamespy or IGN with same account information I used in the multiplayer. When I try to reset password on gamespy it say email address doesn't exist. Anyone else has this problem?

IGN and Gamespy no longer own Gamespy Technologies as of 2012 August 6

www.glu.com/support owns it gamespy now but I think you can still have your password reset from within game? If not you can still try using old program called gamespy arcade and use that to possibly change or reset or password, for details visit this post:

I have already tried that...login with gamespy arcade doesn't work. It just told me email doesn't exist. Just who is in charge of MOW:AS CD key/account information anyway? GLU doesn't seem to support MOW.
By the way my account is created in game (not on the website) during mid July 2012

Good luck finding out who actually owns or can do anything about gamespy tech or system it used to be IGN now its GLU but noone really knows what, try the IGN boards, you could also contact 1c

https://login.gamespy.com/lostpassword.aspx told u email dont exist either? Try making new account with gamespy arcade and login if that works find then it would mean the email you trying was really not registered with gamespy at all.
