A couple of questions - Need help please

Hello all. I play the game in normal difficulty as lvl 42 mage. I have some quests left in my journal and i can't solve some of them. I have cleaned almost all quests in the game and did all the battles in all islands. Now, the gate to demonis is open near the greenwort castle. But i don't want to move forward before i complete these quests. I am stuck. These questions remain:

- I have 2 quests about riftland but i haven't found the map for it yet. Or do i access there from demonis? I attached an image of my map so you can see which islands i opened.

- I am stuck at the quest "find the most powerful wizard in Arlania". Where to find him? I did the quest about magic tower and fought with the wizard standing at the gate of the tower but later i can't access to magic tower any more.

- "Pirate Treasure" quest at eastern freedom island, i am stuck cause it asks me to find 3 chests in a cave but i only found 2 and can't find another. I already checked every inch of the cave but there is no more chests there. Where to find 1 more?

- Arlania pub owner asks me to attract customers for him. I found 2 soldiers already. I can't find anyone else. What to do?

- Quest for "Mad Mullet". Where to find it?

You'll visit Riftland much later. The "most powerful wizard" and "mad mullet" quests are also not yet possible, you'll get to them later. I think you'll also get more visitors for the pub owner later, although I'm not a 100% sure on that one.

However, I do think you should be able to find all the chests for the pirate treasure quest...I do think it was in that cave somewhere.

Yeah, all 3 chests are in the cave, you must have missed one, even though you said you checked everywhere...

I found the 3rd chest, that quest is ok, thanks for the input. And now should i advance to demonis and do the pub owner's quest later?

Yup, you can only get the two soldiers at this point...

The "Mad Mallet" quest is filled when you go to Demonis (if it was the quest about the mad pirate ship remains).

After you open the portal, you can come and go to Demonis anytime. I ran down early to grab some stones as soon as I opened it in the game I'm playing now.

You can go to Riftland after you enter the mines.

The most powerful wizard in Ariana is who you think it is and the conversation topic about the bear will become available at some point in the game but I don't know what the trigger is.

Arlania pub, you get the last customer later. I'm not sure where again, but if you make all quests, go everywhere and talk to every NPC, you can't miss it.

The trigger is some quest from Riftland as far as I know. I think as soon as you have to to go to Rezo anyway. But I think it was a sidequest.
