Default Do Axis planes have controllable oil radiator?

Newcomer to COD and trying to learn CEM. I've read that the RAF planes just have a single radiator that affects water and oil temps, but does that imply that the Axis planes have separate user-controllable oil and water radiators? Or are the 'open/close oil radiator' functions in the GUI just left over from Il-2?

The Bf-109, JU-87, and JU-88 all have controllable oil coolers. I'm not sure about the Heinkel HE 111, but I think it does have them.
