Skins for vehicles?

I can't find any mention of this in FQA etc, so here goes.

Is anyone making skins for the vehicles, tanks etc in COD? If so, how do we get them loaded?

I have once seen a tank-skin by the user "rodolphe", so this is certainly possible!
