Default getParameter; wrapper script

Hello

Would someone be prepared to write a wrapper script that outputs specified getParameter data to a file or to TCP/IP UDP?

I am going to learn C# so I can write CoD scripts. For the moment I just need to get data out of CoD so I can write a new program to work with Husgo's full motion simulator, gSeat.

getting data to udp- not seen anything yet- way above my competence (or lack of it)

is quite a good online resource to learn c#

this thread is the original call for help on this issue

The black box script looks like a good starting point.

Thanks for the C# tutorial website. I have ordered a C# book. These resources should get me started learning C#.

Hugso is the chap I am trying to help. I originally wrote the gSeat software to work with IL-2's DeviceLink. I am now looking at trying to write a new version for CoD.

Bolox, will you be doing your graphical gauges for CoD? If so, will you learn C# to drive them?

I have been attempting to learn c# on and off for the last year- progress is glacial tho
- by the time i get to do anything 'clever' i fear CoD will be into the 70's (and so will I), let alone being able to write a stand alone graphic program to display gauges etc.
But if anything useable appears code wise I will be doing the graphics side of things.

Atm I'm concentrating on writing (offline) missions/campaigns (with minor scripting) as this seems to be more of a need (and it's something i can actually do )
Currently got a 32 mission 109 campaign ready for release - just waiting to see if the imminent patch stuffs things up yet again

With C# being similar to Java I will hopefully pick it up.

When is the next patch forecast to be released?

It will be good to try your campaign. Not flying CoD very much yet. My ATI 5870 doesn't seem to be able cope very well with CoD. Fingers crossed the patch will improve matters.
