Internet Problems AAAAAHHHHHH!
My phone line has been down since Thursday. ADSL was not availiable and phone crackling and hissing!
It just goes to show how invasive The internet has become in my life. Couldn't run ROF or COD or Microsoft Flight without it. Steam kept kicking up an error when I tried to run games off line, and ROF wouldn't let me play offline because it needed to up date it self! I had to spend my weekend working in the garden, playing with the kids and talking to my wife!!!!!!! Bloody Telstra!!!!! Last edited by Skoshi Tiger; 05-21-2012 at 07:12 AM.

I feel for you Skoshi, I use Bigswamp as well, but at least mine was working and i didnt have to talk to my wife.

Heh heh, it just goes to show how dependant we are on the internet these days, of course we could survive without it, but once its gone its like a drug nagging at you for another fix

The Telstra contractor came this morning and fixed the phone line.
Unfortunately after six days of "cold-Turkey" I have found that I am cured of my Internet addiction and that I am enjoying Solitare. Will I ever be able to go online again? The Internet Loss help line says that the scars are deep and may never truely heal! Cheers!
