Hi Guys
Here's a brief video of my time playing around in a BT-13 'Vultee Vibrator'. My brother helped rebuild it and I got a chance to try it out- i was in the back checking the gauges and switches. A large number of them are original, but thankfully the ones in the front have mostly been replaced. I was a bit disturbed to note a flutter in the right aileron- not enough to feel through the stick but it made it feel 'heavy' when banking to the right. For a 70 year old airframe it felt okay, but i doubt it'll be doing aerobatics any time soon. |

Dang! You're right, i messed up the text in the video.
I was going to type 'Trojan' but i remembered all the adolescent jokes yanks make about 'flying condoms'. The T28 is a sweet ride- has a ton of horsepower and the torque can be frightening for a noob like me. |
