Graphics and sound glitches

Alot of the time im playing CoD, i get black squares on my screen it seems to happen randomly and they last a few sconds then dissapear. Also at takeoff when i start my engine etc the soud seems quite choppy, it disappears and returns every few seconds. For the graphics glitch i tried lowering my settings from ultra to high, but it seems to have had no effect.

I also get the choppy sounds at startup

At first I thought it was just the spitfire But I think all planes do it.

Using windows 7 64bit /x fi xtreme gamer.
