Default CPU\Memory Usage "Help Please"

Hi guys
clod running really bad at the moment.
I have the latest Patch have latest Card Drivers have turned of all unessasary Background applications With GameBooster My rig has a Quad Core 4gbRam set up yet still crappy.
I ran task Manager to see what CPU and Memory usage were and here are results.

MEMORY USAGE
Launcher.exe peaked at 954,880K
Steam peaked at 28.220K

CPU
22-28

Could these be causing some "Memory Leak"
I know that Obviously Launcher and steam are meant to be running but are the CPU and Memory usage meant to be this high, are these the normal Paramaters for these Processes?

Ignore Gimp and taskeng.exe ,these were only running during this Diagnostic.
Could these processes be the culprit and if so what can be done to reduce their impact ?
Thanks
Keith

Memory leak could be the cause but, your screenshot shows that launcher.exe is only 0.9Gb big and you have 4Gb of RAM so the limit of your rig has not been reached.
(I get the launcher crash when my launcher.exe is 4Gb big...)

The first thing to test is to delete all files at your cache and run CoD again. If you are lucky this will suffice.

I'm running 2x450gts in sli (1gig each) and my precision tool shows over 1gig on each card being used at times, i'm hoping that when the new graphics engine is released that this will reduce by at least 30%. Maybe this is the cause of some stuttering that some of us are getting. If that doesn't happen then the suggestion for cards of at least 2gig to play this sim without graphics glitches is more realistic, but that may put a lot off continuing with CoD because of climbing cost for hardware to get the performance that we want. I'm getting good frame rates over land (40--60) and over water (80+) so I don't belive that FR's are a problem for me at the moment but V/ram may be.

From what I understand SLI is broken in this game.

Not for me, according to my precision tool I'm getting both cards reading at about the same temps, same % and same V/ram usage when running Cod. Nearly twice the frame rate of one card on it's own.
