Default What will be your plane of choice in BoM...

if it will be included and flyable. Personally I'd just love a CloD quality MiG-3 and/or the Henschel Hs123. How about you guys?

P.S Thought I'd just liven up the forum a bit, it's been so dead lately.

...wish in case it is a BOM ( as in battle of moscow) simulator, wont be present...

im looking forward for the il2 and the 109F series. ground pounding is a new reality for me in COD, and the il2 was king. 109F was also king in the other department

Yak-1... The only early Russian bird I would dare to fly to the front without a bottle of Vodka first But there is something attracting with the Rata looking like an oversized toy plane

EDIT: But I have to agree that the Mig-3 looks evil with that long nose

I hate wikipedia as a diffinative source but just a quick look :

Soviet Union
The Soviet Union received at least 10 early-model ex-RAF Mustang Is and tested but found them to "under-perform" compared to contemporary USSR fighters, relegating them to training units. Later Lend-Lease deliveries of the P-51B/C and D series along with other Mustangs abandoned in Russia after the famous "shuttle missions" were repaired and used by the Soviet Air Force, but not in front-line service.
Shuttle missions?
