Why wont IL2COD Play on Hp Pavilion dv7-6154ea

Hi forum. My first thread here. I've followed the IL2 series from the beginning but now find I cant run it. Game loads but no planes appear or picture, just sounds. Is because my latest pc is a laptop?

Most likely the video card isn't enough.
