new catalyst 12.3 vers out

Just downloaded then new version of catalyst from ATI and updated driver.
First impression was ok. THe 3 lines over the horisont are still there unfortunately, but also had some transparent paralell lines showing up to the sides now and then and those are gone

Hope others get some improvements to.
