Is there a way to rename launcher.exe?

i am trying to livestream cliffs of dover to a website but launcher.exe is such a commonly utlized .exe name that it is blocked by default by the streaming software.

I'd like to rename launcher.exe but am afraid steam will no longer be able to launch it ... does anyone know if i can rename launcher.exe and somehow get steam to still launch it?

You may be able to rename the launcher.exe, but you can´t launch it through steam, instead you will have to launch it through doubleclicking the .exe or direct link.
