Default reflection maps

remember the screen shots of the cube maps (reflections) in the control dials. it seems like they were removed, although the textures are still in there. I did a texture dump of the textures for a single aircraft and there are 69 separate textures for the 109, inside and out. I guess the reflection maps are too much over head? maybe we will see these down the road?

We HAD reflections in earlier build, but they are gone now...

Why not include them as optional I wonder, they were easily some of the best graphical features in the game and certainly made it look a ton better.
