If I leave the dedicated server up for a long time will the AI run out of fuel and crash into the sea?
If so can it be prevented?Or do I need scripts to have new flights continuously taking off? |

Yes AI run out of fuel if you have the settings in your game "unlimited fuel" checked off prior to starting the game. If you have it checked on then no one runs out of fuel.

How would one do this by keeping Unlimited Fuel OFF but keep the AI flying?

On Multiplayerservers normaly the Aircraft is destroyed (AiAircraft.Destroy()) a short period after the player leaved the plane in flight. This is necessary to avoid performance lost, if too many planes are created.
You can also give a new Waypoint, so it lands at the nearest friendly Airfield. |
