Online Campians

I'd like to request recommendations for some good online campaigns servers, dogfight or coop style servers.
I prefer "full switched" myself.

ADW for an online campaign with the war running 24/7...
Not for the weak hearted, it has a steep learning curve.
Or any warbirds of prey server for the more casual dogfighting stuff.

I don't know why there isn't a Ki-27, I-153M-62, PZL P.11C, I-16 Type 16, CR-42, Gloster Gladiator plane set anywhere: They all have small engine and only machine guns...
