Black Screen at main menu

Hey, I can't do anything with the game. Everytime I open it all I can see is this.

Might not help but did you try validating your game files through steam? Right click the game in your library, select "properties". In the next window go to "local files" and then "verify integrity of game cache..."

That was one of the first things I tried. Thanks anyway.
