facetrack noir

Hey,

i just downloaded and installed this little software. on the homepage there is very little information on how to set up this thing. i thaught it would work right from the start, well, no. the program seems to work, i can see me and when i move my head my camera tracks the movement.
but the program doesnt work with the game, there is no tracking. mhh anyone here with a working facetrack?
