How do I make my own mods and how I get the mods to work.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to make a mod by my own and I would like some tutorials of how you make the mod your self. can you give me some apps to download ?

also how can you make the game become modded ( for example I tried putting the mod activator without anything else but one mod and some how it didn't work (it was SAS mod activator)

and how would you mod your own games with Jgsme ?
