Continuing undercarriage noise after take-off

Is there a fix for getting the undercarriage ground noise to cease once the aircraft lifts off? At the moment I get rid of it by doing a go-around followed by a touch and go - but this is frustrating when you are trying to get to altitude to counter an incoming raid.

Also, IMHO the side to side bouncing of the aircraft when taxing is over modeled - particularly for the Hurricane which has a wide and stable undercarriage. Would be good to dampen this effect for those aircraft with wide undercarriage.
