Default Can't record tracks

Hi all
I am unable to record any tracks, when I hit Esc to access menu all fine, then when I hit record track screen just locks, nothing!!
I then have to Alt Tab to the desktop to close CLOD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am running the latest Beta patch.
Cheers
Alex

Do you by any chance run vista or win7 with the aero interface switched off?

Currently, when trying to record a track you get a windows pop-up asking you where to save the file. If aero is disabled it crashes.

Selecting your aircraft in multiplayer worked in a similar way (windows pop-ups) but they changed it to function from within the game interface, so i guess they will do something similar for tracks too at some point. Until then, the solution is to fly with the windows aero interface enabled.

This worked for me, except the setting was called "Disable Visual Themes".
