why is it that the rear gunners dont hit a thing its great

i put on his six and kill the rear gunners one by one

but on this game im shooting at 100 m convergence minimum, i need 30 m convergence

i hope not to have nightmares though like with the old il2 of rear gunners turn into a bloody mass

Have you considered that 30m convergence might not have been possible in real life? there was only so much range of movement on the gun mounts, I personally don't want to see unrealistic options.
