Default Spitfire 1/1a Oil Radiator

Is there a visual clue in the Spitfire 1/1a cockpit to show the oil radiator position?

I have bound keys to open and close the oil radiator.

However I can not seem to get past take off before I get a dead engine and oil all over the windshield.

I wait on the ground idling until oil temperature is 30 and water temperature is 70 before attempting to take off.

You need to open the water radiator, the oil radiator is not controllable. It's the long lever left of the seat.

I do have the water radiator full open.I will double check next time.

Lever full forward and the little slider in the lower left all the way to the top.

I do not seem to have the problem with the Spitfire II.

One of the patch notes said that the oil had to be at 50°C prior to take-off for the merlin engines. Try that and see if it works for you.
