Can you adjust the size of the pipper in the Spit / Hur gunsight so it's smaller...more like this?

You can look in the controls section of the options and search for it.

Alternatively, press F10 to enable the mouse cursor and hover it over the gunsight controls. This will let you click them to set things up but it will also display the name of the command, letting you know exactly which function to search for in the controls.
