Why the delay of release in Canada/North America

Noticed on Steam today that the release date was pushed back to May 24th, Another month and 5 days. I'm just curious as to why????.
Sry for this being in the wrong thread as it relates to Cliffs of Dover......thought i was in that thread.

They don't want to release an unfinished (beyone unfinished) game to the Americans, for obvious reasons.

Yeah... you dont wanna play it in its current state... at least i dont lol, im sure the extra wait will be well worth it in the end
