Dual control Hurricane
On an emergency landing I found out that there must be a trainer Hurricane with dual control in Cod.
It could also be a little auto pilot normally hidden from view but shifted due the high forces during the crash.....

You must've banged your head on the gun-sight or something, it's making you see double!
A not-uncommon symptom of concussion IIRC, so it might not be a bug, but more of a feature!
