There has been official word from Luthier, it's inclusion kept getting pushed back during development and they never got round to adding it, what's more, given the tone of his comments it seems they are in no hurry to add it either. It would seem they do not believe a staple present in every flight sim for over ten years, needs to be supported by their software.
