Inputs Not responding (not lag)

Hello, I get a strange problem. I noticed occasionally my aircraft wont respond to my key / button pushes IE: I couldn't raise my gear in the 109e I couldn't via "G", joystick, or the click able cockpit. Then after many tries i decided i would just land and exit the game. after I turned around to the airfield (still spamming G) The under carriage went up

This wasn't some FM thing, I was under 200kmh then I went until the aircraft was buffeting from the gear being down (dont remember the speed) Nothing seemed to work, it just decided to work.
