Question IL-2 and online scoring

Hello, probably it's a dumb question, but how the scores works for online? I mean, if you kill somebody then land very quickly you get no scores.. can somebody explain me the rules? thanks

1 Airkill - 100 points alive - 50 bailed - 10 dead
1 Airkill bomber - 200 points alive/landed - 100 landed -20 landed
Groundkill depends which objects are destroyed

You should get the points, it is a way of playing dirty, when someone attacks planes which are landed

Actually the points are 100 per engine, so if you shoot down an FW 200 or a B 17 you get 400 points.

And a Bf110, P-38, Mosquito or other 2 engined aircraft are 200/100/20 depending on your condition at the end of the flight.

Front lines also come into play, as well as add some dramatic effects. If you manage to get back to friendly territory before bailing out, you will get more points (50%, I think) as opposed to bailing out over enemy territory (10%, I think).

In my experience, you get scores every time you get the "Enemy aircraft: Destroyed", or "Enemy Tank: Destroyed", etc. message on the right of my screen. Sometimes this messsage doesn't show up, even if it's clear that i got the kill (doesn't happen with ground kills).

Someone with more experience in this area maybe could explain that part.

There's also the fact that if your sortie lasts less than the "victim's" sortie, then you don't get the kill (this only applies to situations where the bogey escapes badly damaged and crashes on landing attempt for example).

A healthy recommendation... don't mind much about the online scores , fly and fight just for the fun of it.

yep, of course i don't pay attention to scores, try to follow the rules like never shooting at a heavy damaged plane that somebody else shooted to don't steal kills, but this was just so strange that sometimes i kill somebody, the server says i killed him, then i land, and no scores . I don't know why people argue so much with their teammates about kills. Just last day 2 guys where arguing about a kill... well, i think it happen every day probably
thanks
