Sound/voice-over Mods

Heya, just pokin ma head in here. Shootin off a few questions.

Seeing as the developers couldn't afford/find any english voice-overs... anyone ever thought about doin a voice-over mod.

I mean I hardly ever read the "news" in SW2 and 3... but I actually sorta read it in SW1 cause of the news guy reading it.

And maybe some voice over for dialogs and such <.< I've experiemented with it already... but then again I personally think my voice sucks... might be that every person thinks that though -.- no clue there.
But hurra for Russian game developers that make their games easily moddable, ^^ gives their games a longer life time \m/
