Well if you look in the lower right corner of the last picture you´ll find it, I think this is a heavier armored/gunned reckon plane like the FW-189, but looking at the inscription it states this aircraft as a fighter, too big and clumsy in my opinion.

The first and second one depict the aircraft from Schelde. It is one of the 3 aircraft designers/manufacturers from the Netherlands. Fokker, Koolhoven and Schelde.

Schelde is a shipyard from Vlissingen (Flushing is the city's English name). (Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding)

That's the unfinished Schelde S21 they confiscated during the occupation in May 1940. The FW 198 appears to be the continued development of the Schelde S21.
