MOW MP logging issue

Hi i did a fresh reboot on my computer and i didnt back up my copy of mow of war. I havent played it in a a year or so but im interested in playing it again.

I have my cd key and th email address i used at the time

But i cant remember my login to play online or my password

Can someone help me
