Default TD - Please add mid-air structural repairs

Dear TD,

I think that in the 4.10 patch, you should add the ability to call in wing
walking mechanics to repair lost or broken part of your plane whilst you are
in flight. I have strong evidence that this was done in reality.

If you lost a wheel, elevator, gunsight or wing, but you where still able to
fly, you should be able to use the radio to call in a mechanic who would take
off from the closest friendly base, jump on to your plane and replace the
missing component.

If you are in a multi-engined aircraft, it might take several mechanics to carry
the missing part.

As a penalty, you would have to carry the mechanic for the rest of the
mission. This would give you a disadvantage in combat due to the extra
drag on one wing.

Below is a short video that proves that this missing feature would
make a realistic addition.

Thank you.

Don´t forget: nothing is going to be made with no historical evidence!

The Wingwalker Repair feature is proven to be histrorically correct. All this other nonsense isn´t!

Thankyou for your support W32Blaster.

I have lots of good ideas about how to improve IL2 with realism, but I only post the best ones because I don't want to make TD too busy in case their hands hurt from programming the digit files in IL2.

I thought it might make lees work for TD if I did the concept art for them.
It's not very good because I don't have a tablet for drawing, but it will look better when it's in game.

The labels would not be there when it is in-game.

(NOT AN IN-GAME IMAGE OR MOD)

UPDATE:
I put a water fountain there also because that's one of my other ideas for IL2.
Water fountains are realistic.
