3 times activation?

I bought the DVD version of Red Tide but it only gives me 3 times to activate. Does this mean after the 3rd time of installation I've to purchase a new key or I could never play the game again?

Damn I should've get it off Steam.

If you need to uninstall the game (for example, prior to OS reinstallation), deactivate it first. This way, you'll keep the number of your activations untouched.

How do I call up the deactivation windows? All I'm able to do is calling up the activation windows and can only re-activate the game.
