"Halo" effects are shifted

I have this glitch sometimes. I don't really mind so I don't try to fix it, but you can try to change your resolution (twice, to make it the previous one)...

When I switch windows or something like that, my KB:AP screen if sometimes kind of blurry. I just have to change resolution to fix this...

It fixed itself after I went to play it again. Weird glitch, but not that big a deal since it's spotty I suppose.
