Bug with exiting vehicles

I posted a thread earlier today about having problems with exiting vehicles. Now I'm certain that it's a glitch or a bug. I can't exit a vehicle with neither the action menu or right mouse button. Instead if I click the action menu button twice (not necessarily as a quick double-click) it shows the character enterring the vehicle and then no button works except the Menu one.

Does anybody know what to do? I searched for patches on Google, but only got a second unofficial one which deals with the voice and subtitles. I'll apply it, but does it fix anything else and if not what now?
