Mouse rotation speed?

Is there any way to slow down the rotational speed of the mouse? It seems a bit quick. I know this is a personal preference, and probably many like the quickness, but it's a little much for me. Didn't see an ingame option and poking around in the .ini files didn't seem to do anything either. Thanks in advance!
