Possible spell bug

I'm having an issue with spells, I can memorize them from scrolls but when I go to a store vendor I cannot buy new spell scrolls, it tells me that I have no room for new spells. Is there a limit on how many spells a paladin can have in a spells book memorized? Any help would be greatly appreciated
