Full list of .mis parameters

I am building dogfight missions, but it seems, there are many parameters that simply doesnt listed anywhere... Such as [RespawnTime] section for respawn intervals of destroyed objects. There are also almost mythical mentions about possibility to changing moon phases, probably jokes though(i hope).

Where i can find complete list of .mis parameters/sections for il-2 dogfight missions?
