Default Fix for Anti-aliasing?

Looking to fix the rather soft Anti-aliasing in the game,
does this still work post the final patch?

That didn't quite fix what I was looking for. Maybe it's a different issue. The problem I have is despite high levels of AA 8x in game or even trying on the Nvidia manager setting 32x. Everything in the game is quite blurry and jagged. It makes seeing or ID ing other aircraft almost impossible. Other aircraft almost seem to dissapper at certain ranges. Using labels would be a solution but I don't like labels. I'm using a GTX 670 and 24" 1920x1080 monitor.

The problem is a patch introduced one, support has ended as you are aware of. So only hope is some type of mod help, wait and see is the only option for now.

The in game AA does not work and neither does AA via Nvidia control panel.
However, the FXAA found in the .3 series Nvidia drivers does help a lot as does the SMAA tool found in SweetFX. Worth a try.

I tried both the FXAA in the Nvidia panel v 310.70 and SweetFX FSAA
there is maybe a very slight improvement but not so remarkable
Are there better settings to try within SweetFX? It looks like it's possible to make adjustments there.
So the AA within CoD doesn't function at all?
