How to completely remove

I installed a beta patch before the final official patch and since have had issues with the color yellow being a pale blue.

Wings on the spit 109 nose etc..are all blue.

I did an uninstall and reinstalled through steam and am updated to the latest version of the patch however I still have the color problem and it seems none of my settings were deleted. They were just as I had them set prior to deleting.

Id like to know how to completely remove COD and reinstall fresh with the hopes of getting the colors back to normal..Im guessing it was an issue with the beta patch that caused it.
