Unhappy Rudder problems

Hi there.

I'm trying to fly in CoD but I'm finding problems controlling the planes.
I'm experiencing a huge banking and rudder problems and it happens both un single and multi engines planes. In fact I've disabled the rudder and the rudder trim axis to test it and the result is shown on this screenshot:

As you can see the rudder is absolutely off-center and no axis are defined for rudder or rudder trim.

Can anyone help?

On rare occasion this has happened to me with both my earlier CH pedals and my current Saitek Combat pedals. For some reason when I first spawn in I'll find my rudder fully deflected and unresponsive to my rudder inputs. A quick calibration in Windows 7 joystick controller setup utility fixes it and I can Alt Tab back in. Weird.
