Default External View - Nearest Enemy Aircraft

Does this view work. I mapped but doesnt seem to respond. I want the external view of the plane I'm trying to shoot down. Is this the correct one? Getting back into the game!

Online or offline? Offline works fine if the view is allowed in realism settings, online depends on server settings.

Offline is where I'm having the trouble. In realism settings, are you referring to allowing external views? If so I have enabled. In ROF when you are shoots at someone and toggle enemy planes, the guy your engaging is the first plane that comes up. This is great becuse yoiu can see the damage you are inflicting. I'm wanting to do the same thing with CLoD. Which key do I use???
